Becoming a client
Before paying your company a visit, you let us have copies of your company’s annual accounts for the last three years and, as far as possible, the company's plans. Our relationship manager will go through these and will discuss them with you. The objective is to gain a better understanding of your business, your management, company structure, position in the market, outlook and other relevant aspects.
Using the data compiled the relationship manager will prepare a proposal that is reviewed internally within Nationale Borg and checked against acceptance policy. The total length of time the process takes amounts to an average of three weeks but varies according to complexity.
A client contact often arises through the company's regular banker. In such cases a client may well find it simpler to permit its bank to disclose its analyses to us. This saves a great deal of work and shortens the processing time.
Once you are a client
Once you are a client you can arrange your guarantees quickly and easily with your regular relationship manager and/or you can make use of Borg Online. The site allows you to file applications for new guarantees and to manage your existing guarantees on a 24/7 basis.
