Shareholders

Nationale Borg is an independent player in the financial services market where most of the others are linked to the big names.  Nationale Borg counts two investment companies as shareholder: HAL Investments and Egeria.

HAL Investments is an investor that seeks added value from collaboration with the management of the companies it invests in. The company invests its own funds, not the funds institutional investors have provisionally entrusted it with.   HAL does not work on the basis of a limited time horizon but stresses long term value creation.

Egeria is an independent Dutch investor that invests in mid-sized Dutch companies with a good track record and good prospects in a stable or growing market. Egeria works in close collaboration with the management of the companies it invests in.
